Statement of Qualification (SOQ) Instructions
A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required for the hiring manager’s review. Applications submitted without an SOQ may be disqualified.
The SOQ should be a maximum of 2-pages, twelve (12) point Arial font.
Your SOQ should address the following:
1. Discuss your qualifications as they relate to lead impacts in soil.
2. Describe your environmental regulatory experience in California.
3. Describe your experience managing schedules and budget.
4. Describe your experience with cost recovery, and coordination with DTSC’s legal to achieve a positive outcome.
5. Describe your experience with managing a multi-disciplinary team.
